Owner Narrative

The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-450. The contact stated while driving 65 MPH, the contact observed an abnormal burning odor inside the cabin of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that there was an upper oil pan gasket failure. The contact was informed that the gasket needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 62,334.
