Data Age (Table Truth)
Newest row in the backing table vs cadence threshold. Carrier and insurance sources use table-only age so registry bumps cannot hide lag. Blocked/archive sources (MC cert PDFs, RMIS harvest) report expected lag — not daily PASS/FAIL.
