TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 FORD F-450. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE DRIVER'S SEAT MOVED BACKWARDS AND CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DEPRESS THE BRAKE OR ACCELERATOR PEDAL. ADDITIONALLY, THE RADIO INDEPENDENTLY ACTIVATED AND THE FRONT WINDSHIELD BECAME FOGGY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NICK NICHOLAS FORD INC (2901 FL-44, INVERNESS, FL 34453(352) 726-1231) WHERE THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED HOWEVER, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,900.
