Owner Narrative
See attached document for complaint. The safety recall repair has been pending for over five months due to repeated parts unavailability at the authorized Ford dealership. Despite ongoing communication with the dealer and Ford Motor Company, no repair timeline or resolution has been provided. This prolonged delay involves a safety-related defect and creates an ongoing risk. I respectfully request that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) review Ford Motor Companyâs handling of this recall and its compliance with federal recall obligations.
