BACK OVER PREVENTION
Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while shifted into reverse(R), the back over prevention screen failed to properly display an image of the rear of the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The message to âSee Dealer" was displayed. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. In addition, the contact related the failure to an unknown recall; however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
