The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-250. The contact stated that upon attempting to reverse, the back over prevention camera display failed to function. The message "Camera not Available - Please Contact dealer" was displayed. The contact stated there were no warning lights illuminated. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was informed that the VIN was not under recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 68,720.
