The contact rented a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. The contact stated while entering the vehicle, the contact struck the key fob and the vehicle shut off inadvertently. The contact stated that the vehicle had experienced the failure listed in NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V093000 (Electrical System). The vehicle was returned to Hertz, and the contact was unaware if the vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 55,810. The VIN was not available.
