Complaint Summary
SUSPENSION
Owner Narrative
K Neal International delivered an unsafe school bus to me. The bus leaks when it rains; onto the seats and students. This is a brand new 2023 school bus. Also, my suspension has already begun to leak. NHTSA doesn't have any recall information listed for my VIN, but I've received recall paperwork from IC Bus, LLC/Navistar about a recall on the hex flange lock nut. Why do you, NHTSA, not have this recall listed??? This school bus is unsafe, and K Neal International Navistar needs to be held accountable. Their products and workmanship are far under par; and definitely unsuitable for student transportation. Please do something about them before students and drivers and the public get hurt.
