Complaint Summary
STEERING
Owner Narrative
THE VEHICLES STEERING IS EXTREMELY LOOSE, IT SWIMS IN THE LANE WHEN OPERATING ON A HIGHWAY AT SPEEDS ABOVE 45 MPH WHICH IS DANGEROUS. WE TOOK THE TRUCK TO THE DEALER AND HAD ALL THE WHEELS ALIGNED AND BALANCED, BUT IT DID NOT HELP. I HOLD MY CDL-A AND HAVE DRIVEN A VARIETY OF TRUCKS, THIS IS NOT GOOD.
