BRAKE VACUUM PUMP FAILURE. VEHICLE BRAKE PEDAL BECOMES VERY HARD TO DEPRESS AT SLOW SPEED AND VERY HARD TO STOP. USUALLY HAPPENS WHEN IN SLOW TRAFFIC AND AFTER THE PEDAL IS DEPRESS MORE THAN 2-3 TIMES IN A ROW.
