WHEN STARTING OUT IN MORNING THE MOTOR RUNS BUT DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE ENOUGH FUEL PRESSURE TO RUN THE TRUCK BUT AFTER A FEW SECONDS IT SEEMS TO RECOVER AND TAKES OFF. DOESN'T SEEM SAFE WHEN PULLING ON TO STREET OR HIGHWAY. IT HAPPENS EVERY MORNING ON FIRST STARTUP.
