TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND IT VEERED TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING BOX NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING BOX NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
