TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD F-350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE EGR VALVES MALFUNCTIONED AND AS A RESULT, RADIATOR FLUID LEAKED INTO THE MOTOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE EGR VALVE AND OIL COOLER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE WHO DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 117,000. UPDATED 08-09-12 *BF UPDATED 08/15/2012 *JS
