THE EVENTS LEADING UP TO THE REPLACEMENT WERE NOISE IN THE FRONT END WHILE TURNING. NO FAILURE JUST HAD IT CHECKED OUT AND WAS DETERMINED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN SHAFT HAD TO BE REPLACED. *JB
