Owner Narrative
Engine replacement due to defective engine at a cost of $10784.68 plus Washington tax of $949.05 for a total of $11,733.73. I file a complaint with both Ford and NHTSA. This engine replacement was done on XXX. I have yet to get a refund for the defective engine from Ford. I need your help as this is very unfair to me as the defective engine was an Ford error.
