Bought in 2024 ..few days later car wouldnât change gears transmission overheats shutters jerks and wonât go when giving gas at times. Had the car in 5 times to fix, didnât work.. Iâve almost been in accidents one of which was with a tractor trailer This car is a death trap had to quit job due to this .. and have a 7500.00 loan on a car I can barely drive. I want this loan paid off and given a check or car that has no problems and is reliable plus compensation for lost wages Im also willing to file suit immediately if this isnât taken care of IMMEDIATELY!!!!
