Owner Narrative
My wife and I have both experienced intermittent power loss on the vehicle â specifically after stopping and restarting, such as at traffic signals. During these incidents, the car moves extremely slowly even with the accelerator fully pressed, before eventually resuming normal acceleration. This has happened 3â4 times between us, and on one occasion, the car nearly stalled in the middle of an intersection, which was genuinely frightening. I brought the vehicle to Genesis of Charlotte in mid-January 2026 for diagnosis. After multiple checks, the service team was unable to identify any issues and advised me to take the car back. When I asked whether they had checked with Genesis for any known reports of this issue, the service manager told me, "That's not how we work â we diagnose by ourselves." I was surprised by this response, as I have since found this issue reported by other GV60 owners online (including on community forums), suggesting it may be a broader, known concern.
