Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving at various speeds on several occasions with the vehicle in 2WD, the contact observed a loud clicking noise coming from the front wheels. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed twice that the driver's side actuator and the passenger's side hub assembly and actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 69,100.
