The contact owns a 2011 Ford F-350. The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the vehicle began to vibrate abnormally. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the engine to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to parts being on backorder. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 79,000.
