Owner Narrative
I believe it was March,2022 or April,2022 my check engine light came On 20â before pulling into my driveway. I called âProtect My Carâ insurance protection that I have, had my Edge towed to a repair shop and they said my antifreeze was leaking into my oil, that my water pump went out and said it was my fault as I neglected taking care of my vehicle and they have denied paying to fix it, even thought it is 100% covered. Not sure what to do as it only has 151,000 miles on it and the body is in good shape and clean inside. I had no idea the water pump went out. Iâm not a mechanic and thought thatâs why I was paying them for problems like this. I need help to get it fixed and never neglected it or drove it after check engine light came on.
