The contact owns a 2021 Forest River XLR Toy Hauler. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle fishtailed, spun around, and the driver noticed that the wheels were detached, and trailer was resting on the hub. The contact stated that the wheels were not installed properly. The contact called the local dealer, but vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown.
