TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 GMC SIERRA. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 19V328000 (ENGINE) HOWEVER, THE PART FOR THE RECALL REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED ANY FAILURE. THE CONTACT CONTACTED THE DEALER (WHEELER CHEVROLET BUICK LOCATED AT 11401 N STRAITS HWY, CHEBOYGAN, MI 49721) WHO INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE PART FOR THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED TIME FOR THE REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
