TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD EXPEDITION. WHEN THE CONTACT STARTED THE VEHICLE, THE ENGINE MADE AN ABNORMAL POPPING SOUND. THE SOUND WAS A DISTRACTION TO THE CONTACT'S DRIVING. THE VEHICLE SHOOK FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE RIDE TO THE END AND THE MAINTENANCE REQUIRED INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
