TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WHILE DRIVING WITH THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD THEN INDEPENDENTLY ACCELERATE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SLUGGISH ON MOST OCCASIONS. ADDITIONALLY, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOSING COMING FROM THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE WHEEL WELL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TOWN & COUNTRY FORD (LOCATED AT 5401 E INDEPENDENCE BLVD, CHARLOTTE, NC 28212, (704) 557-0596) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE OR RETRIEVE FAULT CODES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
