TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 1500. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, A LOUD TICKING SOUND COULD BE HEARD FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE DEALER (NEW HOLLAND CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, 508 W MAIN ST, NEW HOLLAND, PA 17557) INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE SOUND WAS THE "HEMI TICK" AND COULD NOT FIND A FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
