TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING AT UNKNOWN SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE BURNED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF OIL AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND OPENED CASE NUMBER: 32089788. NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
