TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET IMPALA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE INTAKE MANIFOLD LEAKED FUEL AND RELEASED VAPORS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INTAKE MANIFOLD WAS FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 120,000.
