TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET IMPALA. WHILE TE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE IGNITION KEY MALFUNCTIONED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO START THE VEHICLE ON THE LAST ATTEMPT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 144,703.
