TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD E-350. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE FAILURE RECURRED FIVE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A SPARK PLUG WAS BLOWN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED FOUR TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
