TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 GMC SIERRA. WHEN INSERTING THE KEY INTO THE IGNITION, THE SEAT MOVED FORWARD AND PINNED THE CONTACT TO THE DASHBOARD. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE MOTOR DRIVE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO BE UPDATED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
