HANKOOK DYNAPRO AS LT245-75/16 TREAD SEPARATION ON A 2007 FORD E350 SUPERDUTY VAN. THIS WAS THE 4TH OCCURRENCE OF A PROBLEM WITH THIS BRAND / MODEL / SIZE TIRE ON A SINGLE FORD E350 VAN. ONE TIRE FAILURE EACH YEAR ON AVERAGE. ALL FAILURES OCCURRED AT 15,000-30,000 MILES, 7/32 - 10/32 TREAD DEPTH, WHILE MOUNTED ON THE REAR AXLE. *TR
