TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V038000 (POWER TRAIN) AND CONTACT THE DEALER TO SCHEDULE RECALL SERVICE. THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE WERE NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE AN EXPECTED DATE FOR THE PARTS TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RECALL LETTER WAS RECEIVED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. *TR
