TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD F-350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY DECELERATED TO 30 MPH. THE CONTACT CHECKED THE FUEL TANK AND DISCOVERED THAT THE LINER OF THE FUEL TANK WAS DELAMINATING AND CLOGGING THE TANK. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED AND RECOMMENDED THE CONTACT OBTAIN A FIBERGLASS TANK. THE CONTACT EMAILED THE MANUFACTURER BUT HAD NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 67,000.
