TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S DOOR WAS CRACKED AND HAD BECOME INOPERABLE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED WHO STATED THAT BEFORE THEY PERFORMED ANY DIAGNOSIS ON THE VEHICLE, THAT THE CONTACT HAD TO REPORT THE FAILURE TO THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED WHO FILED A CASE ON THE CONTACT'S BEHALF (CASE NUMBER: 1207200426). THE MANUFACTURER DENIED ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE DUE TO THE WARRANTY BEING EXPIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
