TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HUMMER H2. THE CONTACT STATED THE FRONT AND REAR WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED INTERMITTINGLY. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A MECHANIC AND WAS INFORMED OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 08V456000 (VISIBILITY: WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER MOTOR). THE CONTACT WAS LATER ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 57,000.
