TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HUMMER H2. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD NOT ACTIVATE DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 08V456000 (VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER:MOTOR). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 104,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 105,000.
