Owner Narrative
DASHBOARD COVER BEGAN FALLING APART FOR NO APPARENT REASON. THE DETERIORATION FIRST APPEARS AS CRACKING THAT LATER OPENS UP GAPS IN THE DASH. NUMEROUS SHARP EDGES ARE CREATED ON THE DASH. IT IS UNKNOWN WHETHER OR NOT THE DETERIORATION AFFECTS THE AIRBAGS. DASHBOARD DETERIORATION STARTED LAST SUMMER WHILE THE TRUCK WAS PARKED. I PARK OUTSIDE, SO THE INSIDE OF THE TRUCK IS EXPOSED TO NORMAL ARKANSAS SUMMER TEMPERATURES, BUT EVERY OTHER VEHICLE I'VE OWNED HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO SIMILAR CONDITIONS WITHOUT THIS EVER HAPPENING BEFORE. *KB
