Owner Narrative
I OWN A 1999 FORD F-350 I PARKED IN MY DRIVE WAY AT 8 PM ON JANURARY 1 AND WOKE UP AT TO A LOUD BOOM AT 5 AM IN THE MORNING . FORD SENT ME A RECALL NOTICE ON DECEMBER 30 WAS GOING TO SET A APPOINTMENT ON JANURARY 2 UNFORTUNATELY THE TRUCK BURNED MONDAY MORNING. ALSO HAVE A FORD EXPEDITION LOOKED UP THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER AND IT TO HAS THE SAME PROBLEM FORD HAS YET TO SEND ME A RECALL NOTICE. NOW ARGUING WITH INSURANCE COMPANY THEY WANT TO GIVE ME NOTHING FOR MY TRUCK.
