TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HUMMER HUMMER H2. THE CONTACT STATED THAT UPON STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS TURNED ON. THE WIPERS WOULD NOT SHUT OFF UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS SHUT OFF. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD INTERMITTENTLY NOT FUNCTION DURING RAINY WEATHER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 02V283000 (VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER:MOTOR).
