Owner Narrative

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD E350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE BATTERY AND WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT HE HAD TESTED THE BATTERY BEFORE THE VEHICLE STALLED AND IT WAS OPERATING NORMALLY. THE CONTACT STATED THE INTERNAL CONNECTION TO THE POST OF THE BATTERY CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000. ...UPDATED 01/25/12 *BF
