Owner Narrative
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM3500 QUADCAB. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS AND TRYING TO USE HIS TURN SIGNALS THEY HAVE MALFUNCTIONED BY SIGNALING THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT IT'S SUPPOSE TO(SIGNAL LEFT IT GOES RIGHT AND THE OPPOSITE). ONCE THE SIGNALS HAVE FAILED IT ALSO AFFECTED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY A DEALER WHO INFORMED THE CONTACT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE, BUT THEY WOULD REPLACE THE INDICATOR. THE INDICATOR ALSO FAILED SIX TIMES IN THE PAST 2 YEARS. THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO RECUR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 56,000.
