Owner Narrative

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HUMMER H2. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH IN RAINY WEATHER WITH THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS ACTIVATED, THE WIPERS WOULD INTERMITTENTLY PAUSE WHILE IN MOTION. THE FAILURE PERSISTED UNTIL THE WIPERS BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT HIS VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL ASSOCIATED WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 08V456000 (VISIBILITY: WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER: MOTOR). THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 94,000.
