TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1997 FORD E-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FUEL LINE WAS FRACTURED AND RAPIDLY LEAKING GASOLINE FUEL. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED OF A POTENTIAL RECALL ON THE VEHICLE BY HIS INDEPENDENT MECHANIC (NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 01V114000) BUT WAS ADVISED BY THE MANUFACTURER THAT HIS VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 71,289.
