TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HONDA ACCORD. WHEN THE CONTACT EXITED THE VEHICLE WITH THE GEAR SELECTOR IN THE "DRIVE" POSITION, THE KEY RELEASED FROM THE IGNITION. THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
