TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE RAM 3500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH DURING SUNNY WEATHER CONDITIONS THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A GLARE ON THE CHROME FINISHED RAM IN THE CENTER OF THE CONSOLE ON THE STEERING WHEEL THAT IMPAIRED THE DRIVER AND FRONT SEAT PASSENGERS VISION. HE STATED THAT IT ONLY OCCURRED ON SUNNY DAYS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. A COMPLAINT WAS FILED WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 400.
