TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE RAM 3500. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE FRONT SEATS, FLOORBOARD AND CONSOLE WOULD VIBRATE EXCESSIVELY WHEN DRIVING OVER AN UNEVEN ROAD SURFACE. THE DEALER ADVISED CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURER FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE CONTACT STATED HE TEST DROVE THE SAME YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL VEHICLE WHILE AT THE DEALERS AND THE VEHICLE EXHIBITED THE EXACT SAME FAILURE AS HIS VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 0 , AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 4,437. UPDATED 6/19/10 *CN UPDATED 07/22/10*JB
