FORD E350 7.3 LITER DIESEL VAN - HAVING INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS WITH POWER AND BOGGING DOWN AND AT TIMES DYING. DROPPED THE FUEL TANK AND FOND PAINT FLAKES FROM THE TANK DELAMINATING. HAVING TO REPLACE THE TANK AND HOPING THERE IS NO FURTHER DAMAGE ALREADY DONE. *TR
