WINDSHIELD MOTOR BEGAN RUNNING ON ITS OWN. WIPER FLUID BEGAN SQUIRTING ON ITS OWN. WOULD NOT RESPOND TO CONTROL. RECALL NOTICE DOCUMENT ID # 1197628 STATES THE RECALL IS TO REPLACE A COVER OVER THE MOTOR TO PREVENT IT FROM FAILING....... WHEN I TOOK MY TRUCK TO HAVE THE RECALL PERFORMED THEY CHANGED THE COVER? LEAVING THE MOTOR INOPERABLE. I AM SURE THIS WAS NOT THE INTENTION OF THE RECALL. *TR
