2001 FREIGHTLINER FLD120 SEMI TRACTOR ENGINE FAILED AND CAUSED OIL AND DEBRIS TO LEAK ONTO THE ROADWAY. ANOTHER MOTORIST RAN OVER THE OIL AND DEBRIS. *BF THE SEMI HAD A HOLE IN THE LEFT FRONT OIL PAN. OHIO TRAFFIC CRASH REPORT # 10-0654-90. *JB UPDATED 04/14/10 *BF
