TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 HUMMER H2. THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE WAS DRIVING ABOUT 40 MPH. THE VEHICLE STARTED TO SLOW DOWN AND THEN THE FRONT WHEELS AND 4WD LOCKED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE HAD TAKEN HIS VEHICLE TO THE DEALER BUT HE HAS NOT HAD THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. HE IS UNABLE TO MAKE ANY TURNS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WHEELS WILL LOCK AGAIN. THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE SAW 9 OTHER HUMMER'S BEING REPAIRED FOR THE IDENTICAL FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 79,550.
